This year too, we’re happy to confirm that the cookie market continues to be a resounding success, thanks to its versatile nature as a food suitable for every occasion and for all ages. And we’re proud to be part of this world as manufacturers of cookie moulds.

History tells of an industrial revolution that led to the mechanization of work. In the case of cookie moulds, the revolution occurred with the transition from solid moulds to ring construction moulds, from bronze moulds to bronze moulds and always more and more innovative materials, and this is the revolution that we at Errebi Tecnology Spa have being leading so far.
